Expanded Hours @ ECR

Starting on April 20th, 2026, our hours are expanding! Monday - Friday, we will be open from 6:30am to 2:30pm. Saturday will remain as 8:00am - 1:00pm.

With our expanded hours, we will be adding lighter breakfast options as well as locally made lunch options, including sandwiches! Skip the fast food and come to ECR for lunch!
